after moving to Toronto in 2008, Yoshiyuki Aiba, a native of Tochigi, Japan,
embarked on a journey to refine his skills and master the art of authentic Japanese dishes. He honed his craft at renownedestablishments like Fin Izakaya and Auberge du Pommier.
in 2015 yoshi was invited to join the culinary team at Ancaster Mill, a renowned establishment known for its excellence in dining experiences.
His remarkable skills and dedication let to a promotion as Sous Chef the following year, coinciding with the restaurant’s recognition as one of the 100 Best Restaurants in Canada.
Through his unwavering dedication and his relentless pursuit of excellence, yoshi envisions a future where his ramen brings joy, comfort, and a taste of tradition to his home, Hamilton.
