LOCAL & INCLUSIVE

We are all about bringing traditional Japanese ramen with ​help of locals. From our signature Jidori (local chicken from ​Fenwood Farm in Ancaster, ON) served in locally made ​ramen bowels to our lovingly crafted vegan options, using ​fresh ingredients, and not to forget our gluten-friendly dishes ​- we’ve got something for everyone.

YOSHIYUKI AIBA

Executive Chef

Yoshiyuki Aiba, a native to Tochigi, Japan, ​embarked on a journey to refine his culinary skills ​after moving to Toronto in 2008. He honed his ​craft at renowned establishments like Fin Izakaya ​and Auberge du Pommier.


In 2015, Yoshi was invited to join Ancaster Mill. ​His remarkable skills and dedication let to a ​promotion as sous chef the following year, ​coinciding with the restaurant’s recognition as one ​of the 100 best restaurants in Canada.
