YOSHIYUKI AIBA
Executive Chef
Yoshiyuki Aiba, a native to Tochigi, Japan, embarked on a journey to refine his culinary skills after moving to Toronto in 2008. He honed his craft at renowned establishments like Fin Izakaya and Auberge du Pommier.
In 2015, Yoshi was invited to join Ancaster Mill. His remarkable skills and dedication let to a promotion as sous chef the following year, coinciding with the restaurant’s recognition as one of the 100 best restaurants in Canada.
